Barbie Smoothie

Oh hi, it’s been a minute!

Ok, maybe two, but I am gingerly dipping my toe back into blogging and the online world after an extended break (ugh endo) that maybe I will get into in a later post.

But with the recent Barbie movie, I felt compelled to share a pretty pink Barbie smoothie recipe packed with antioxidants, protein, and healthy fats for that gorgeous Margot Robbie glow.

Pretty pink smoothie in a clear glass garnished with cut strawberries and a purple edible flower.

Barbie Smoothie

1/2 C frozen strawberries

1/2 C frozen pitted sweet cherries or raspberries

1/2 frozen banana

1 scoop of unsweetened plain or vanilla collagen or protein powder

1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder

1 tsp cold pressed flax oil

1 tsp cold-pressed MCT oil

3/4 cup unsweetened almond, oat, or cashew milk or coconut water

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, tightly cover with the lid, and blend on high speed until smooth, stopping the blender to stir and adjust liquid if needed. Pour into a pretty glass, and garnish with edible flowers, sliced strawberries, and even a sprinkle of edible glitter, and enjoy!
