-Fresh fruit with a tablespoon of raw unsweetened nut or seed butter
-Hard boiled organic free range omega 3 egg
-¼ C hummus, guacamole or salsamole with fresh vegetables
-½-1 C organic low fat unsweetened Greek yogurt with fresh berries, vanilla bean powder and 1 Tb chopped raw walnuts, ground chia or sasha inchi seeds
–Green juice or green smoothie: In a high speed blender blend 1C packed fresh greens, ½ C fresh apple, mango, pineapple, berries or pear, ¼-½ C cucumber, squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice and ¾-1½ C filtered water to desired consistency. Enjoy immediately.
-Mini bell peppers or cherry tomatoes stuffed with raw pine nut cheese or organic goat cheese and herbs, season to taste
-Fresh fruit salad with a little plain low fat organic Greek yogurt or ricotta cheese (mixed with vanilla bean powder if desired) sprinkled with cacao nibs
-Lara Bar (perfect for a sweet craving)
-Ryvita cracker topped with goat cheese, sliced tomato and basil; smoked wild salmon, cucumber and avocado; or raw macadamia nut butter, sliced mango and sprinkled with raw sesame seeds
