  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries contains 141% of your daily vitamin C and is a potent source of a wide variety of antioxidants

 

  • Regular intake of strawberries (at least 2-3 times per week) helps to regulate blood sugar and reduce blood pressure

 

  • Strawberries (and all berries actually) help reduce inflammation and lower the risk of cancer

 

  • Strawberries are one of my favorite beauty foods! All of the vitamin C, manganese, antioxidants and phytonutrients keep skin looking young and fresh and help to build collagen to keep skin firm.
